Since then, discussions in regard to the strategy were made with the member organisations. FSF will adjust its activities and its organisation according to the strategy.

  • To add cooperation between the different partners within the programme.

Means to achieve the goals:

  • Promoting the launch of a National Sports Programme that would gather different actors and activities in sports sector under one umbrella
  • Developing the education of both the volunteers and the professionals in sports.
  • Supporting the sports clubs by financial subsidies and other supporting measures i.e. education
  • Cooperating with the municipalities to ensure the preconditions for local sports activities
  • Practising common sports policy together with the member organisations to influence the status and finance of sports in Finland and in Europe.
